आज मैं आपके लिए मक्के, भुट्टे की बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट और हेल्दी रेसिपी लेकर आयी हूं जिसे आप नाश्ते में या डिनर में बना सकते हैं। यह खाने में बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट हैं और आप इसे बहुत ही आसानी से बना सकते हैं। तो रेसिपी पसंद आयी हो तो इसे लाईक करे, शेयर करें और मेरे चैनल को सब्सक्राइब करना ना भूले।
Ingredients (आवश्यक सामग्री) -
4 मकई के दाने निकाले हुए
हरी मिर्च - 5 या स्वादानुसार
अदरक - 1 टुकड़ा
लहसुन की कली - 10 - 12
पानी - आवश्यकतानुसार
बेसन - 2 tablespoon
शिमला मिर्च बारीक कटा हुआ - 1
टमाटर बारीक कटा हुआ - 1
प्याज बारीक कटा हुआ - 2
हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 टीस्पून
लाल मिर्च पाउडर या 1/२ टीस्पून
नमक - स्वादानुसार
चाट मसाला पाउडर - 1/2 टीस्पून
धनिया पत्ती बारीक कटी हुई - 1/2 कप
रिफाइंड तेल - आवश्यकतानुसार
