The accident happened on Shelbyville Rd. and blocked bus access into Valhalla. We waited in our buses at the Expo Center until 7:15am on Friday before we left. We didn't get to Valhalla until 7:45am.
1:18:44 I work night shift as a paramedic and my shift starts 7pm right before typical puck drop. I don’t miss a single second of a lightning game. Depending on how busy I am I might not finish the game until 5am and as difficult as it is sometimes I will not look at social media just so I don’t ruin it for myself. All my friends and even coworkers no not to tell me a single thing about the game no matter what happens.
Love how Frankie thinks it's a diss when he invents the idea that Cantlay listens to instrumental music when Frankie is in a little mickey mouse cover band 😂
Frankie used to complain about Rap not getting scoops, meanwhile hes getting texts about the scottie situation and just instantly thinks, I gotta get this guy fired for texting me early in the morning.
Jon Rahm's problem is Jon Rahm...nothing else. LIV isn't the reason Rahm's game is what it is now. If that was the case, why didn't it happen to the other LIV golfers...? Rahm's problem is in his head and emotionally. You don't go from best player in the world to just an average player in a few months just because you play on another tour. Maybe his self-belief and confidence took a knock because he hasn't been able to win on LIV which was perceived to be weak and easier to win on...maybe he should pay back the LIV-money and go back to PGA where he can win again. In the end it's the golfer, his swing, his equipment. his mental fitness and strength, and one or the other golf course.
Preach. Bryson actually became a better golfer on the LIV tour, by doing whatever the fk he wants to, not being ostracized by golf traditionalists but actually being liked by the LIV community, and having the time to work on his fitness and equipment. Rahm eventually will also figure it out though.
How do you not start the podcast with Xander? Seems a bit amateurish to not and then start with Scottie that happened 3 days ago and has already discussed at nauseam
Super low scoring and I know a lot will bash it for that but all of Valhalla majors have created great leaderboards. So something for it bringing out the best of top talent
it absolutely had something to do with it. he was running on adrenaline friday, and felt completely exhausted the final two rounds of the tournament. he said so in both post round interviews after the arrest. ted scott not being on the bag was also a huge deal for him, but the arrest had a lot to do with his performance on saturday
100% disagree. His first round over par the next day proves it. He gets arrested adrenaline still is high and he plays well. Once he calms down and understands a felony arrest over night probably couldn’t sleep affected his 3rd round.
No if you watched his round he was pulling drives a lot and his chipping was way off. Those aren’t caddie issues. If he was getting his distances wrong then I would say it was because of the caddie.
Looks like LIV's lack of rigor and competitiveness is beginning to show effects in majors. Only 2 top 20 finishes this week and Brooks is the only one to win a major as an active LIV player (1/8). ✌️🌺⛳
Good one Eric. Who cares about second place in a major am I right? And the ratio of LIV players to pga players definitely has nothing to do with it whatsoever. I’m just glad you said it and saved me some time 🤡
'lack of rigor and competitiveness' Yeah meanwhile on the PGAT they have tournaments with celebrities like Pebble Beach, nothing says fierce competition like playing golf against pensioner celebs like Bill Murray 🤣🤣 Rory hasn't won a major in over 10 years and he's been on the PGA Tour the whole time, so what does that mean genius? 🤡 Bryson is a LIV player who finished 2nd, almost got in a playoff and played much better than all of the top players on the PGA Tour minus Xander, Dean Burmester plays on LIV and finished tied 12th with Rory and only got an invite last minute to the PGA at Valhalla so didn't even get time to prepare properly. But simple minds will think simple things so you just keep doing your thing 🤪
@@SiLoMixMaster This trend will be even more pronounced as LIV's major invites dwindle over time. Right now it's 13% based on Brooks' sole 2023 major win by an active LIV player.
I suppose the merch and videos and classics are the more lucrative aspect of foreplay. But I wish the podcast was more than tropes and poorly thought out opinions.
Clueless??? You’re obviously not a master of anything and must have a desk job. The adrenaline got him through the round. When he calmed down and his mind started thinking of felony battery on a cop is why he wasn’t mentally into the 3rd round. You obviously know alot keep it up.
It is kind of nuts for a golf podcast other than Danny rap how uninformed and out of the loop you guys really are. Constantly getting information wrong and missing topics from recaps. There are non golf podcasts that cover golf better than you guys seem to
Guys, you (specially Dan) are commenting on the world of golf and I'm sure you want to be respected voices. Doing that means that you need to be informed and objective. To be informed means you have to follow all the golfers on all the tours. So, watch and follow LIV Golf and only then you are in a position to comment on LIV and LIV golfers...
@@calross7143 you’re on here acting like you’re some end all be all golf nerd. Shut up dude. Nobody gives a single fuck about LIV because the product sucks. Get lost
Agreed. But LIV golfers other than Bryson and Brooks really need to step their game up for the majors consistently. If LIV stars like Cam Smith, Joaco Niemann, T Gooch and of course Rahm start filling up leaderboards for majors, golf media would have no choice but to follow LIV. Having 1 or 2 names each tournament just aint gonna cut it.
@@georgecondo222 If the Majors stop their anti-LIV sentiment and start ignoring the OWGR like almost all golf fans and agree with most golfers that it's irrelevant, maybe they can accept LIV's own ranking system and invite the top 20/25 of LIV golfers. That would certainly go a long way to settle one of the big reasons for PGA/LIV hate... BTW, Dean Burmester did okay...I actually belief he is good enough to win any of the Majors. Same goes for Louis Oosthuizen, and Sergio is still good enough to win any tournament...

I read the first Scottie reports here in the UK and one of them definitely said Scottie was arrested trying to flee the scene of a fatal car crash.
Amadeus has a ton of Oscars. GREAT film.
None of this would have happened to Scottie if he would just reach out to Frankie...
Frankie, hit Wood Boss brewing on your way to Coors Field. Killer room and good beers. About 15 minute walk to the park.
What's crazy about Xander is his 180+ ball speed at his size. WTF
Nothing beats when lurch drinks Bloody Mary mix on flights

Streaming is like a 10 - 20 second delay. It’s not that big of a deal Frankie.
Easy Trent saying biggest case in Louisville PD. I think Breonna Taylor was the biggest case/media for Louisville PD.
Looking forward to this
RIP to the man who was killed. Also, no one is mentioning what Scottie's wife must have been thinking, sitting at home with their infant.

Exactly right, well said. Good to see someone with critical thinking skills who doesn't blindly follow the spoon-fed Golf Channel narratives.

The arrest had nothing to do with his finish. Ted Scott not being on the bag was the reason. His 66 round the day of the arrest proved that
