I hope more takoyaki vendors add more vegetables and spices such as chives, not just meat. The vegetables, spices, fish flake, and sauce makes the best taloyaki. We pinoys need to have a balanced diet and add more natural fiber in our food.

I am Japanese. In Japan, takoyaki is not considered a meal but a junk food. It is not a healthy food.

@@myunmyun17 Yes but here in the Philippines they only put a little bit of cabbage or carrots, or sometimes even no vegetables and they just add fake meat. But I saw in japan they put lots of real vegetables and chives, so the ones in japan are definitely better because ot has more vegetables.

@@ar5288 The reason we put a lot of green onions is because the flavor from the green onions is delicious.
There are many strange takoyaki recipes overseas that include carrots, corn, etc., and I don't want people to think that these are real takoyaki.
I don't think there is any problem in arranging it at home.

@@myunmyun17 Yes, I personally think the japanese version taste better, with lots of green, leafy onions. Here in my place they only add cabbage at most, it's not as tasty.
