Sometime a person on low to fixed income may only be able to shop for meals at some of the low price stores for their meals. When we hear the food was purchased at the dollar store, we think it's not quality. It's truly how you season it. Food prices are so high at the grocery stores until it's actually smarter to buy what you can from the dollar store and season it up. Great video. Shop smarter. ❤❤❤

My nutritionist told me that eating margin is like eating plastic because it’s just made up of grease and water so if you’re gonna use butter, you might as well use the real thing. It’s a lot healthier for you. Also on your green beans if you sprinkle a little bit of beef, bouillon and chop some onions up in them I guarantee you they’ll be finger, licking good
