you are doing a great job sir.. best speaker i must say.. so informative videos.. just 1 request please increase the upload frequency.. please.. we eagerly wait for your videos...
sir, is Metal free prosthesis (all ceramic) requires radial shoulder finish line only sir? in these lecture you said metal free prosthesis reqires deep chamfer finish line sir - which is correct sir?
Siddhi Saijan No... it's always half depth with deep chamfer... this helps prevent a lip of unsupported enamel from being created at the preparation margin
Nicely explained. One question sir Why does gap appears after few months in the contact areas between cemented crown and natural tooth. This gap was not there at the time of cementation. Plz explain sir
I have a better story. A clinic I go to for Endo consultation, the clinician prepares the tooth preparation and even gets the crown ready before endo. I do endo and immediately she fixes the crown and send the patient 💀💀🤪🤪

in these lecture you said metal free prosthesis reqires deep chamfer finish line sir - which is correct sir?

Beautifully explained ...really appreciable n informative ..thanku sir..one ques?...how much thickness of margin should be in pfm n mf restoration
Request you to look up the video on amount of tooth preparation... that should answer your question
Dr. Moez Khakiani; MDS ..ok sir ...one last ques ..what is the diameter of tip of MIK MS bur
@@dr.pratibha1069 1mm at the tip for medium grit bur (blue ring) and 1.2mm for fine grit bur (red ring)
Dr. Moez Khakiani; MDS thanku so much sir👍👍
Sir ,do we have to go the full width of the deep chamfer bur in the metal free crown?
Siddhi Saijan No... it's always half depth with deep chamfer... this helps prevent a lip of unsupported enamel from being created at the preparation margin
Dr. Moez Khakiani; MDS thank you sir..U are the best
so no mention of vertiprep?
Yet to board that train...
sir, can you please explain what do you mean by half depth?
You sink only half the tip into the tooth such that the other half stays out... That way u avoid creating a lip of unsupported enamel
Sir
Where can I get this product ?
U can connect with Dr. Pooja on 9111212912 :)😃
Nicely explained.
One question sir
Why does gap appears after few months in the contact areas between cemented crown and natural tooth.
This gap was not there at the time of cementation.
Plz explain sir
I think this type of gap occurs due to improper occlusal adjustment, which creates unusual forces to the prepared tooth and eventually the gap created
Video bhut acha lga but metal ki margin konsi bur se honi chye Jydatar pt amre metal ke hote hai
DC 1.0 use karo... Half depth... Ideal for base metal crowns
