FAST CHARGER FOR MOBILE GOOD PRETTY CHEAP (BBB). QC4-PD+

In this video I show you a super cheap charger that does have fast charging protocols and good power (for the average mobile phone) that complies with what it advertises, quite the opposite of the charger in the previous video posted. That is, sometimes the price reflects what they are going to give us, but not always.
We used Rigol DL 3021A electronic load and Fnirsi FNB58 meter.
