Eric has a good selection. While he doesn’t have a wide selection of hardware, like ever finish of each size he has the practical. I like his selection of tools and leather. His zipper selection is crazy.
Hey Robert! Thanks for the video! I have been fortunate enough to actually visit this store a few years ago on a business trip. You definitely need a few hours to poke about!!!
That’s cool. He has a good supply of leather that is always tempting. The last few times I did not drive to Indiana. I will drive soon and maybe I can get a selection of leather.
Neat store. Don’t see those any round any more. Can’t imagine doing the yearly stock taking. Maybe they start stock taking in January and finish in November, then start again in January. 🤭🤭
Looks like a candy store. We use hand written invoices with our business as well. And good on you for paying cash. Way to thumb your nose to the banks. 3% on everything is what they get plus some too. Crooks. Cash is king. But so are baked goods
That is a cools shop. Just think. It has been there selling those same items for well over 100 years. Think do the people that have walked in there in the early years
I like the place. I think about the fact that they were operating daily during the wars. In fact they supplied the side leather belts that drove the industrial equipment that built tanks, trucks, etc for both wars.
Could spend hours in that place. Can imagine the stories and history within those walls. Thanks Robert!
I really do enjoy visiting the place.
Lots of goodies to be found in the drawers, cubbies, bins, and boxes!
Yes! I have to try and stay focused.
That was fun! Thanks for showing us!
Thanks for coming along.
I wish I had a shop like that near me. I’d browse all day! Probably need an extra job to cover all the purchases.
He has some nice leather at great prices as well.
Love it looks like a cool place to find hard to find leather crafting stuff

I bet that classic store smells just as authentic as it looks.
Yes. It’s like stepping back in time

It is fun. Fair pricing as well.
I passed thru Indianapolis a few years ago and heard about that place after I got back to Arizona Darn!! Thanks
Road Trip!
That is a cool store. If I am ever that way I am going to visit! Not many stores like that anymore. Have a Blessed Day Friend! Justin
It’s worth the trip if in the area.

I can smell the leather, cardboard and dust from Australia. I love these old stores.
It’s one of my favorite places to visit.

I do wonder about that. He supplies cobblers as a major supplier. He has one area that I bet has over 100,000 pairs of shoe laces.
Jumpins. 🤦🏻♂️
Crazy, right?

Yes it’s nice to keep $100 being $100. Not $97, then $93.80……. Thanks for following along.
