I've felt that the freeride part of Rampage has gotten watered down in recent years in favor of slopestyle (likely thanks to the scoring criteria) but this is the gnarliest line in Rampage history and will probably remain so for years. We'll all be watching this run 10 years from now.

Amazing run. A 100 foot (traveling) corked backflip will beat out anything sorry not sorry. Also I will say the caveman was not the most impressive move on camera, but wow that’s got to be insanely high consequence when you do it off a 150 foot near cliff face
come up short on that canyon after a run in off a cliff face that isnt even continuous @@daveypizza I dare you. Hell if you want flip tricks where the fuck was bienve's score? Lots of people can flip, even me, but very few can fronty let alone over a canyon.
a back flip is arguably one of the easier tricks for them to do. Ask him to do a no hander down that and see what happens. Not saying Cams drop wasn't impressive, but to say that Brens gap (where the entry is near vertical, onto a lily pad, and then onto a 2ft wide jump over with a no hander over one of the biggest, tallest gaps in rampage history) isn't worthy of a podium is crazy. Also, Bren rode the battleship, which is insane on it's own. Cams backflip didn't deserve first. Sorry not sorry. @@daveypizza

Biene's had nice tricks but brendogs line was the most freeride. The others I felt had more slopestyle type of lines. Cam upper line was pretty freeride as well.

This is one of two parts of 2023 rampage that will be watched for the next 10 years… the other is the front flip over the canyon gap… if that’s not enough to say the judges failed rampage this yeah I dunno what will be. This run was life or death almost the whole way, bring back the real rampage!

because he's ranked low, so none of the first guys could ever wish for a 90. It's impossible and that's what's wrong with Rampage.. Judges thinking it's a street bmx contest jeeez..

This happens every year! The early rider goes gets a lower score then others judge over an awesome line and for a rider who is know for DH he slayed his line!
I feel they do it on purpose. Pretty sure they know who's has won before a tire hits the dirt. Genuinely dull event now.

Watched this live on my phone, dropped it when Bren sui’ed the gap! Best run I’ve ever seen. Those judges should be banned from judging events that their mates are taking part in.

This is the ultimate rampage run.
Any future runs will have to measure up to this. It is the quintessence of what this event is all about and it has been executed flawlessly. And it did not score a podium. Let that sink in.

Screwed by biased American judge’s voting for there mates. Brendogs run was by far the sickest run of the day, more risk, more exposure and that was just the battleship, let alone what came after… hold your head high Brendan you are the people’s winner
I don't think it has anything to do with nationally. These guys are all fans of eachother (for the most part). It does however have to do with the fact that flippy whips and the like look "better" for red bull marketing. It is much less about the big mountain lines now. That's why you see the big mountain guys doing risky lines, they need to keep up with the slope guys. Definitely not the right direction for the event

Not even a podium spot for that amazing riding. Yankee judges gave it to their mate fist bumping each other while they did it. Sack off the judges and let the riders vote instead.

Speed, technique, with the right amount of craziness jumps the canyon leaving the handlebars, 2 back flips with the best line (in my opinion) of the "Rampage" and only comes in fourth place ?? But what did they want to see, they wanted a double back flip in the canyon ??
Did anybody notice when cam zinc done his line they showed you the judges room when cam hit the finish line all the judges were jumping up and down, screaming, I think the judges were very biased…

This probably should have won. But to me Rampage is not about the judging. Its about all of the riders and their incredible skills and lines. This run was insane!!!
