So what I think is happening is somebody from ebay somewhere in the top chain is probably fucking the money up and putting other money into other places or people that I think he owes or us. They fixed mine finally but I think you just gotta wait and be patient it blows. But they need too get their money straight for sure

I just started an ebay account. I did everything by the book. Fresh new email. Hooked it properly to a bank account, everything they required. I had only listed 2 items so far. Ebay is horrid now. I was suspended because I ended my auction early cause there was an issue with the item I needed to fix. Asked for a credit on the auction and from that, it went bad to worse. We are UK based company using drop shipping but 3PL way, when order comes in our dashboard, we order, items delivered in our warehouse next day as we using amazon business prime legally, then our 3PL reship to customers within 2 days. I just wish eBay UK was that easy to get hold of... hadn't even finished setting up my seller account and it got suspended. It does say about waiting 3-5 days for a micro transaction to come through then they want me to enter it to confirm the bank account. May have triggered a suspension because I started listing straight away
eBay is the absolute worst. I have had multiple suspensions and get no clarity for the reasons why, or proof of an accusation like a counterfeit item for example. The restriction I’m currently dealing with, I had to confirm delivery for all open orders which was done. And was told any orders that came through after the suspension would not affect this appeal process. Which of course, it did. I lose a minimum of $1,000 in sales each day and I’m on week two of this one now. So frustrating. It’s always something.

I would suspect the problem maybe that the telephone number on account is out of date, or maybe they called you and you did not pick, yes that does happen. Perhaps, somebody hacked your account to list dodgy items and ebay took them down, could not reach you and closed the account. Today's activities: 2:03pm: created eBay account 2:14pm: after modifying user name and going through hoops of entering security codes, approveing through email and phone, email comes: "Your account's all up to date!" 2:30pm: before I even had a chance to grab my well-deserved afternoon latte, let alone buying or selling anything, new message arrives: "Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk." Uhm, WHAT? If I recall correctly, I emptied the dishwasher between 2:14pm and 2:30pm - though I might be off a couple of minutes. :D Last time I checked, that was not considered a dangerous activity. Call with eBay rep: "Well, we can't tell you what it is you did but it might risk our community so we permanently suspended you." Me: "Well, give me something to work with here, love, because I haven't had a chance to do absolutely nothing, no buying, no selling, let alone harming the community." Rep: "Well, sorry, not authorized to share with you the reason of your suspension but you can't use this email address with eBay again." Me: "Awesome, I just purchased this email domain to use with eBay. Am I on a black list? Is it my name? If I create another account, is that going to be suspended, too?" I just started an ebay account. I did everything by the book. Fresh new email. Hooked it properly to a bank account, everything they required. I had only listed 2 items so far. Ebay is horrid now. I was suspended because I ended my auction early cause there was an issue with the item I needed to fix. Asked for a credit on the auction and from that, it went bad to worse. We are UK based company using drop shipping but 3PL way, when order comes in our dashboard, we order, items delivered in our warehouse next day as we using amazon business prime legally, then our 3PL reship to customers within 2 days. Problem is too much listing ( although sales high) difficult to get when amazon price fluctuate & stock update, as its manually! Can we use any software only for update? I just wish eBay UK was that easy to get hold of... hadn't even finished setting up my seller account and it got suspended. I'm guessing as I hadn't finished completing my details they weren't able to validate my account. We have no live chat or working phone numbers for eBay here in the UK just get the same robotic email response 😢

It does say about waiting 3-5 days for a micro transaction to come through then they want me to enter it to confirm the bank account. May have triggered a suspension because I started listing straight away
eBay is the absolute worst. I have had multiple suspensions and get no clarity for the reasons why, or proof of an accusation like a counterfeit item for example.
The restriction I’m currently dealing with, I had to confirm delivery for all open orders which was done. And was told any orders that came through after the suspension would not affect this appeal process. Which of course, it did. I lose a minimum of $1,000 in sales each day and I’m on week two of this one now. So frustrating. It’s always something.

Got kinda same answer three times only with littel a variation. AI-produced?? I have no recorded activity on this account since at least 2018, so what the f is going on. Seems also this started to happen this spring, seen more suspened mails. Due to a new policy? I have four mails on record from ebay since 2018 and that is the first suspension mail and a few days later the three mails that tells me to stand down in my reasearch of tryin to find out what happend abd why.

I would suspect the problem maybe that the telephone number on account is out of date, or maybe they called you and you did not pick, yes that does happen. Perhaps, somebody hacked your account to list dodgy items and ebay took them down, could not reach you and closed the account. 2:30pm: before I even had a chance to grab my well-deserved afternoon latte, let alone buying or selling anything, new message arrives: "Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk." Uhm, WHAT? If I recall correctly, I emptied the dishwasher between 2:14pm and 2:30pm - though I might be off a couple of minutes. :D Last time I checked, that was not considered a dangerous activity.
Call with eBay rep: "Well, we can't tell you what it is you did but it might risk our community so we permanently suspended you." Me: "Well, give me something to work with here, love, because I haven't had a chance to do absolutely nothing, no buying, no selling, let alone harming the community." Rep: "Well, sorry, not authorized to share with you the reason of your suspension but you can't use this email address with eBay again." Me: "Awesome, I just purchased this email domain to use with eBay. Am I on a black list? Is it my name? If I create another account, is that going to be suspended, too?" Rep: "We can't share with you any information."
This is an f'ing joke.
