Doesnt typically rip up the skin like a scapel will. The area will bleed when using any type of tool especially if the lesion goes in pretty deep. She does use a sharp needle like tool for some small cysts and pimples to open before extractions.
Oh my goodness, as a person who has had multiple moles removed and tested as melanoma, there’s some on this persons back that look really suspicious and similar to mine.

I have a few of them, and they can bleed, too, so they match the criteria we are exhorted to worry about for skin cancer. If you have anything like them, you get a doctor to look them over and advise you. If they turn out to be seborrheic keratoses, then you either live with them or pay to have them removed. Agreed that the tools she uses are useless. Gentle and correct direction applied by usung fingers to push blackheads to extract them, achieves better results. Areas that require a little more pressure are best extracted by using cotton tips to extract them. I do wonder how much profit she is making by pushing for people to buy these extraction kits. Sorry the hole of extractor has to be larger than the head of blackhead ! Or you wont get it out totally not the right pressure to pull up from the bottom of that sack
I've been thinking that maybe she saves her finger and thumb strength for the things that really need it because as a 62year-old with rheumatoid arthritis & considerable joint damage, I know that using your joints in your fingers & hand's over & over really wears on you after time, maybe she is just trying to save wear & tear to the joints in her fingers and hands...😮
