This has to be one of the best warm up tutorials on RUclips. You might be able to mix in a few different drills, but to do all this with only a hour is a fantastic demonstration of what can be done in a time restricted window.

Practicing with purpose is the key phrase here. I played every day of my life from 12 to 19. I've started playing again this past year at 30 and I'm already better than I was before because I understand the better way to practice and make use of my time.

Went to the range today and although I didn’t practice putting or bunker shots, I’d say it was the best range session I’ve had in a very long time. I set the alarm put the phone away and began playing the course in my head. Picked a target and hit driver, my second shot let’s say an 8 iron. If I didn’t hit a good 8 iron, I’d give myself a short chip to one of the flags. Went through all 18 holes and even had a few balls left over. Thanks Ben!!

That was sooo excellent! I've always needed a practice routine but never knew it. Hey I gotta tell you that for one hour your practice routine is quite intense. When you said putt 50 balls I said hmmm never counted my putts. I'd say that in reality just before the round lucky I make 10 putts. But I have to agree with you if anyone does your routine as a way to stay golf fit you can't help but improve. Thanks for sharing!
