can it be performed as a touch 540? or is it meant to be a no touch ?also after the shrimp when you do the 180 one hand is leting go off the bar once you have height,the second one is supposed to be released once the 180 is complete or just a bit before?And finally if you have good flexibility in shoulders will a narrow grip make the move easier ?

I want to ask how to get closer to the bar while doing supra 540? I do the spin and i always be to far from the bar.
Probably it's just because you start to spin too early so you dont have height and simply fly away
