Great video Nils! I would love to see a match breakdown for all your big major matches. Not a lot of people really doing that, just highlights. CO Nats, IDPA and any other big matches.

I don’t think so.
Hardly anything.
Guide rod and three spring is literally the only mods I have on mine.

Pick one platform you like and stick with it.
Come out and watch some locals if you haven’t been to a match yet.
PractiScore dot com is a great resource for finding any type of match wherever you’re located.
Ask questions. Most people are happy to show off their equipment and answer newbie questions.

You’ve been on fire lately! Nice work! Just picked up the rival and was curious what magazines you are running? I assume the stock magazines but you add a baseplate? Do those change between idpa and uspsa?
That style of fishing vest, long and with a huge pocket for tack reloads is of interest to me. Can those be bought in the USA?
I believe mine is made by Comp Tac, but I’m pretty sure this model has been discontinued.
Personally, I’m not a fan for using the vest pockets to perform a Tac load.
The reason being consistency and risk. My pants pockets remain very still during movement where the vest pocket flaps around much more.

It can still be difficult working within the rules.
The fault lines they use for cover calls make it much better than 10+ years ago. Sometimes IDPA updates rules or changes interpretations which can make things difficult. Asking questions is always your friend when walking your stage.
