    I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using natural shampoo, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion two times a week. This is good to control hair fall.

    This is why my Bahamian mom and grandmom always said for skin, scalp and hair issues, take a dip in the ocean. 😂 The Caribbean sea is quite clear and clean, so. 😊 Whenever I go and swim, I scrub my scalp and make sure to stay in the water at least 30 mins. My locs always are so shiny and lightweight afterwards

      I never got to go to the Caribbean as an adult, but lived in Hawaii for a few years. My never hair never felt so soft as after getting in the ocean there. Next softest was in a place with soft water (filtered tap water system).

    I've been using baking soda on my hair for approximately a year now; I use it in my black soap shampoo that I make and I use in my black soap facial scrub. To the black soap and baking soda I add rose water, witch hazel and ACV "occasionally" along with honey, glycerin and e-oil all have great cleansing and moisturizing properties. Overall it slightly dried out my bleached hair but I cut those already damaged ends and now my one year new growth is thick and dense. I use a direct scalp cleanse with baking soda and aloe vera, that cleans my scalp really well then I do a light wash with my shampoo. I do rinse with warm water every or most wash days. All in all baking soda is a staple in my regimen, it's there to stay I also add it to my body wash with a carrier and essential oil and I add it to my toothpaste with cinnamon ess. oil that's great for oral health. I literally use baking soda from head to toe. When I feel super hero like i add baking soda to my brother's toothpaste or bath wash saving the world one mouth or body at a time.

    I really appreciate the amount of research, time and effort you put into your videos! The baking soda vinegar combo is a no for me. Isn't that what we used to make our homemade volcanoes "erupt" in elementary school science class?
    I understand the importance of cleansing, detoxifying and clarifying the hair and scalp, but don't bentonite and rhassoul clay provide similar benefits and are much safer to use on a regular basis?

    • @chalseywilder937

      Katherine Miller exactly. Henna is too, and can have a loosening effect some desire

    • @PackofDiscos
      @PackofDiscos 6 лет назад +22

      Bentonite clay has the same pH as baking soda. It's doing almost the exact same thing to hair. I wouldn't use it alone too often either. However, I don't believe it reacts with acv the way baking soda does, so maybe by mixing it with acv or aloe juice (as is usually recommended) you are able to lower the pH to the safe zone, but still maintain the properties of the bentonite clay.
      I've requested a bentonite clay series, so hopefully it's coming soon!

    Thank U queen for such an amazing and informative video ❤️💛💚
    I have been using the baking soda for scalp anden acv&tea tree oil for rinse for aboot 10years, I had dred locks for 8years (my father&grandfather crossed over couple years ago a week apart so I offered my hair back to the U n I verse, aho all my relations) which is why I started this method. Anden now that my hair has grown oot again I have been using same method an my hair is amazingly healthy, thick, beautiful anden still growing strong at 46 years of age. I would say I wash my hair with this rinse every other month depending. I don’t use any type of store bought shampoos or conditioners an prolly neva will again!
    Mucho corazon queen ❤️💛💚 thank U for Ur gifts to the U n I verse we are blessed 💚💛❤️

    Thanks so much! I am now using baking soda because I have developed an allergic reaction to some of my products. This video was helpful
