form what i saw, the title is true but it only start at the 2nd chapter. You'll need to read chapter 1 by yourself or use a TTS like onenote or others.
it only has 15 chapters tho and was last updated in 2014 so a part 2 won't be coming

It's fanfiction most people don't want the same stuff repeated over and over if you like the cannon parings that's fine, but someone else wants something new or different. If you don't like the paring the author chooses pick another story. In the cannon they barely went into the romance because the show wasn't about it. In most cases it felt like it was chosen with a dart board. But hey everyone is entitled to their opinions.
