the point at 7:12 from Novak is the best for me, because he is also doing a tweener during the point, and if he fails it is match point. Also, Andy had 5 match points during this match but Novak ended up winning, all of this make this point very special.

The best sort of spin shots are those drop shots you hit from the baseline. You need just enough power for it to travel from the baseline over the net and just enough spin to make it curve back towards the net

i think more than skills, it has to do with a risk that player takes. to get more spin on ball, you have to give it more flight which means your opponent has that extra time to chase the ball if he is a good mover and can get in position to hit the strokes. so you have to be really calculative in the timing of such strokes.

The Stevie Johnson one against baby Thiem is incredibly underrated. That is just an absolutely sick shot. Paire, goes without saying, he has dozens more that could be on here. I once saw him land a drop volley that was in and then hit the umpire's chair on the first bounce because it had so much side spin.

Tennis TV-some suggestions
-Get rid of all the accidental ones or ones hit when eg point is not played
-go slow-mo and repeat this with different angles, this vid is for tennis fans they like that
-each clip will then take bit longer but just choose the best ones (plus some variety) so it fits in an eg 5-6 min video, so increase quality decrease length

I like these kind of compilations, but to be honest; there were quite a few shots included that had literally NO SPIN at all on it? A pickup by the net is not necessarily full of spin (Sinner, Lopez). The Djokovic dropshot contained barely any. I mean the title of the clip is "MOST INSANE SPIN shots", right?

So who's point is it if you spin the ball to the opposite court but then it bounces back into your side without the other player touching it?
If you play the shot and it bounces on my side but goes back to your side without me hitting it with my racket, it's your point. It's also the only time you are allowed to reach over the net to return the shot. Hope this makes sense.

@@Johnny-cz2wv Because it's difficult to sprint from the baseline and reach over the net to play the shot. If you or your racket touches the net, you lose the point.
