- Terrance is at an antique store looking for furniture for his new house, when he is approached by the store's owner, Mr. Ellsbury. Immediately, the owner is skeptical that this handicap man can afford any of the pieces in his store, so he points Terrance to the sale section. After looking for a while, Terrance finds a few things he likes. However, Mr. Ellsbury denies the sale and demands that he leaves the store immediately. When Terrance refuses and questions him further, this evil store owner pushes him down the stairs.

Wow, do managers really treat people like this IRL? I haven't experienced it, but I've heard of some stories, believable and unbelievable where managers were hostile to nice/cool customers because of a disability or if they asked for a corrected order. Anyone who pushes somebody down in a wheel chair for nothing should be locked up and never released.

Mr Ellsbury was being racist to Terrance, saying the Amex black card was fake and he couldn't afford it. It was indirectly saying remarks about the customer being in wheelchair was black, but to push the customer out was last straw.!!! He needs to apologize to Terrance and get arrested for such remarks, say bye-bye to his commission!!! Ouch!!!
