It's really hard for me to see someone who cries so easily, only because the way I was raised was to not cry. Which is bad I know, but that's how I was raised. It took a therapist to tell me that it was actually ok to cry and reminded me that the bible says that "Jesus wept". Even though I have made progress in that area, it's still hard for me to see others who cry very easily because I was just never used to that at all & so it seems very foreign to me.
I don't cry, either. I feel like I have a block of ice in my chest most of the time. I am uncomfortable seeing someone cry, but at the same time I envy someone who can release that emotion so easily.
@@counselor1295 I know holding our emotions in can be a source of health problems at times. But it's just such a difference from someone who can cry at the drop of a hat that it's difficult for me to see. I can't personally say I envy them, but I realize others have different feelings about that too.
