Wow thank you Nathan! That means a lot I have definitely been putting in the work. We’ve come a long way from the first video we posted 😂 so the recognition is nice. Hope you continue to find value here 👍🏾
So the arms are a thumbs up ? Thinking bout picking it up. What noticeable benifits do you see from using it? After doing a lot of tris does it help relieve some of that strain the following days
The arms are a thumbs up for me. All normatec attachments are good for temporary relief. As far as benefits I notice a relief in sore, aching muscle pain while you are using the arm attachments and for some time after use as well. With that being said the pain relief is not long-lasting, as I have found the strain returns a couple hours after use. Overall I would say normatec is yes as long as you are already doing the basics (eat well, sleep well, stretch, warm up, cool down, deep tissue). If you are competing in a lot of tris and looking for a competitive advantage then definitely consider using normatec or any other compression device.
😂😂 I feel bionic! I’m sure there is a height and weight limit, but I do not have the exact answer. At 6 foot tall there for me really well and it seems like they can be used on a lot bigger individuals as well
Man! Sound quality, editing… your channel is on point. Hope it grows! Good stuff.

Can't I just use an electronic blood pressure cuff instead?
You look bionic sir! Is it there a height and weight limit?
Optimistically futuristic,
Tia
