Amen Joseph. Can you tell me did you quote scripture in Luke 5:36-39 from the King James 1611 version on Feb 25, 2015 which speaks of 'wineskins'. I ask this because my King James 1611 version now has supernaturally replaced the word 'wineskins' with the word 'bottles'. I know this has been changed because always was 'wineskins.' Also how can a bottle be mentioned in the same verses as a rent noun a large tear in a piece of fabric. Please check your Bible and let me know as I appreciate your comments. God Bless you.
Would Yeshua` not be giving a reason why he had chosen his disciples from "new" men who were not already disciples of other sages and who weren't teachers themselves, and the reason why he wasn't choosing his disciples from among the "old" (i.e., experienced) Pharisees? The new wineskins seem to be the "new" inexperienced men he chose to be his disciples and the new wine seems to be his new teaching. While the old wine and old wineskins seem to be the experienced Pharisees and their teachings which they were already used to. Any thoughts on this interpretation?

I have been learning the Messianic Promises and their fulfillment in YEHOSHUA Ha Moshiach (Jesus Christ) from Jewish Orthodox rabbis. They are information RICH, something that points out the "beggarly elements" of many christian preaching, which is very limited. (I say this as fact not criticism). However WHAT IS SAD with Joseph Shulam (who I love listening to) and ALL evangelical sects is that they have to DEPEND ON THEIR HUMAN REASON to understand the information they possess. This is in direct violation of the LORD's Command in Romans 5:5-8, where The LORD tells us that it is IMPOSSIBLE to understand the spirit realm with human reasoning. This Truth is explained further in 1Corinthians 2:4-16 and confirmed in Scriptures such as John 16:13. GOD is Spirit - John 4:24 and we are to be led by His Spirit - Romans 8:14. To an evangelical or someone who is NOT a Temple of the HOLY Spirit where He lives in them - 1Corinthians 6:19, such a Truth is alien to them because they have not been BAPTIZED in The HOLY SPIRIT. They are not SAVED under Acts 2:38 and are NOT immersed in The HOLY Spirit to have His Mind - 1Corithians 2:16. The ONLY Evidence given in the Scriptures - supported by Paul and Peter in Acts 2, Acts 10:44-48 and Acts 19:1-6 is that the BAPTISM of the HOLY SPIRIT is ALWAYS manifested with the speaking in TONGUES. evangelicals claim to have the HOLY Spirit but do not obey The WORD in Acts 2:38, reading from verse 36-39. One of the FUNDAMENTAL teachings of the MESSIANIC fulfillment of the LAW is that ALL FOOD IS CLEAN. Each person creates their reality with what they believe and it is important that they don't do something against their beliefs, because that is doubt and against Faith. I UNDERSTAND THAT TRUTH clearly as a fulfillment of The Law which is in accordance with The LAW! so Paul when he claimed not to have broken the Law was telling the Truth - not as Mr. Shulam claims in his human reasoning that Paul would not eat non-kosher food.

While speaking in tongues (with translation) is proof of the Holy Spirit, you should not judge that someone who has not spoken in tongues, does not have the HS baptism. The ending is important, if they cannot be uttered, why would we speak them? Babbling is not speaking in tongues, and are massively misused in most churches today. To a scripture you previously quoted, in ACTS when Peter witnesses the Spirit falling on gentiles and they spoke in tongues: Peter reports these events to the Elders in ACTS 11:15 - “…as on us in the beginning”. This is clearly referencing Pentecost and everyone speaking tongues (a language).

If you attempt to put the new wine in the old wine skin it will continue to ferment and burst the old wine skin which has lost its elasticity, then you will lose the wine skin and the wine that was in it. Not good. Yes, the old wine is more flavorful and richer in what connoisseurs of wine call nuance.
