But July will be rainy season..is it recommended to travel Meghalaya during rainy seasons? Do we need to carry rainy coat and stuff??

What do you recommend mid August, end of August or end of September ?
Also, other than Hot air balloon and Scuba diving, will all the other activities be open during monsoon ?
Since you have already mentioned for these 2 that they will be closed.

yes meghalaya also a very beautiful place evergreen forest .when ever i visit meghalaya it feels me nostalgia with pure air. Yes its true people from meghalaya are khasi garo jaintia hajong but khasi garo jaintia they haven't own culture and scripture and religion (they follow Western). but hajong has own culture religion and scripture. thus i don't like calling Scotland of the east because it is Bharat meghlaya has unique beauty.and Natural beauty belongs to everyone.
We don't have our own culture wdym?

We are not from hind civilization. We don't to be part of neither india nor china. We want our separate identity. North east was not a part bharat before british. Indian govt did nothing for north indians. Our culture is more interesting than hindu.
Meghalaya is a very expensive place and also people are very racist i had an very bad experience in Meghalaya
