This property is great. We have stayed there a few times before Mel Gibson bought it. It is back on the rental market. Pricey but a magnificent property.
The beaches in Costa Rica are public! There are complaints that apparently armed people who are Mel Gibson's employees are taking them off the beach with guns pointed at them.
@@melissavargas5490 yea, i know that beaches in CR are public like in other places across the world. that’s why I said it is wonderful to have a private beach, just for yourself. I assumed, that Gibson has one, as he is very wealthy. I didn’t know that he is threatening people who are trying to have an access to the public beach. Are your sure it is not about his PRIVATE land ? If not, he truly is a POS.

To make it “fun living”, in a place soo remote like that place, you need a very large family and lots of friends at all times otherwise it’s not worth it!
I cant see places like this without remembering these are where people find huge pythons or scorpians tarantulas ect in your home because the home is in or near a jungle
Como será o saneamento básico? (água,esgotos e eletricidade) Sim, porque para esses espaços não será a baldes de água nem candeeiros a petróleo. Para a energia talvez geradores e ou painéis solares! E para as águas? Gostava de saber esses pormenores.
Los ticos estafaron al pobre Mel, le vendieron muy sobre valorada esa propiedad, y de paso le vendieron la playa, y la muni dijo que las playas hasta cierto punto no pueden ser cerradas en CR, en otras palabras lo estafaron pobre Mel.
I love Costa Rica but if I were to ever move there it would have to be somewhere urban like San Jose. I can't imagine living in the jungle like this and having to worry about waking up to a snake in my bed. No thanks.
not worth #30 mil..maybe $6...need a new landscaper -the main house landscaping is horrible,..and where is the white sand beach..that is dirt sand and rock.....guess he got taken

En todo CR, hay agua potable y en esa zona hay acceso a la electricidad.. también existe la posibilidad de que tengan paneles solares pero es opcional

People are more dangerous than snakes! San Jose is great only if you like the noise, pollution, night life and crime!
