Due to the i guess go fest glitch where ultra beasts from remote raids didnt have a background i got all the ultra beasts last night handed to me and 2 of them were shiny which was a Necrozma and a Pheromosa with a background so that was cool. Thanks Niantic

I only got necrozma and buzzwole but the necrozma was a hundo so thats my second one my first being a tiny hundo background necrozma
I only got 2 Necrozma encounters but 1 was shiny so I can't complain

question! is the ponyta shiny checked when you claim the research or when you go into the encounter screen? if its the latter then couldn't you pick the 'later' option to put it into your stack and then check it during the community day for a boosted shiny rate?

I have 6 accounts. I did all the lapras on them and got a shiny Lapras on my 2nd alt (most and only one used other than main, others I bought for 3$ for the shinys) . Then I got a shiny elekid on an alt, and a hundo lapras . I have 2 more chances at elekid aswell

Its Not a Glitch they gave the Encounters to the people who remote raided on Go fest because there was a Glitch that you couldn't get the thing you raided with a Background
