Excellent video. Very easy to understand and follow your actions. I do have a question though: on my 1999 Pontiac Firebird 5.7L, I have code P0200 only; no other codes. I do not have a scan tool that can tell me how many times a cylinder has misfired. The P0200 is intermittent, and does not always misfire, and I have no misfire codes. What do you suggest that I do? How do I find the trouble cylinder or injector if I there is no specific cylinder code or a way to see how many times a cylinder has misfired? Thank you for your work; keep it coming...
myk sanchez My Pleasure! To identify what cylinder is misfiring you can disconnect one coil at a time and watch for rpm change, if the rpm doesn't change after disconnecting the coil or the plug wire then that's the cylinder that doesn't fire!

@@ryanshawdee2708 yeah, the problem was a broken injector wire!!!
@@ryanshawdee2708 I took it to a mechanic that I thought I could trust but he just threw parts at it but didn't fix anything. I'm flushing the injectors with bottles cleaner through the gas tank. It only misfires under deceleration but runs smooth at cruising speed. I'm getting 10 mph on trips. How about you?
@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair wow thank you so much for responding! I just tried unplugging one coil pack at a time, but the misfire is intermittent so it isn't doing it right now. I'm guessing that I'll I have to wait until the car starts misfiring again to try and find the bad injector?
@@myksanchez1222 Ok, Sounds good! Good Luck with your project!
