It took three specialists to figure out that I had hypothyroidism and had pretty much burnt out my adrenal glands from stress AND TOO MUCH EXERCISE. It was almost an addiction. I wasn't a snacker. I ate healthy. Vegetarian. I still gained 42 lbs. Are YOU the type of man a WOMAN would want for her kids? Think about it ..@@SilverShadow2LWB

EVERYONE loves to eat. But some people practice self discipline and others don’t. Is it harder for some than others based on genetics? Yes it is. But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. It’s simply not. Stop making excuses for yourself. No one would tell someone that “There ain’t nothing wrong with that” if someone over drank to the point it was doing liver damage. So let’s not normalize eating to the point of being overweight and even obese. We aren’t talking looks which is something that you can’t really change - we’re talking weight - something that only takes self discipline to fix. I’m not saying harass someone or taunt them do to weight issues but the “you’re beautiful the way you are” thing is normalizing behavior that’s let’s be honest not only makes relationships last likely to last, not only deep down hurts there self esteem, but in the end can take years off your life.
Ok so give advice to my cousin. She eats 500 calories a day and sometimes fasts. She only drinks water and rarely juice. She’s always busy (owns a cafe and is always on her feet) and she is always running around after her 4 children. She has PCOS and before she had it she was skinny but now she can’t control her weight and there’s no cure for PCOS
To all the women my age in their 50s who have been conditioned since birth to talk about and comment on other women’s bodies. Even if it’s positive. It also causes depression when we literally can’t control our weight.
