I make my English breakfast tea with Assam OP, Ceylon OP and Keemun Mao Feng, brewed gong fu style.

I was wondering about the definition of CTC tea. On Google, you get images or a very specific type of small rolled up balls. The blend Gabriele has here looks different to me. Is that still called CTC?

That's Gabriele's mistake; one can really tell, he is not used to drink broken leaves tea 😂. What Gabriele drinks is refer to as an orthodox tea, a tea that is processed using (Indian) traditional methods, which involve hand-picking the tea leaves, withering, rolling, oxidizing, and drying. CTC is the small rolled up balls you refer to.
