The cooking timing and the masala added and the idea of cooking top and then bottom and later top is really amazing. Only thing I feel that was missed is that the chicken was not cut open in lines for the masala to catch in. Please forgive me if I have given a negative comment. But on the whole it looks and seems to be really yummy. But a little more could have been done.
