Hello brother, i have the same keyboard as you do. My in built audio (ones from STYLE) plays the music at a very low volume, but my keys work fine. What could be the possible issue here?

You can try cleaning off dust with spirit from the contact board first. But if you are not comfortable opening electronics, i suggest you take it to a repairer please.

My keyboard doesn't produce any sound from the keys and also the Bb key is broken.
A technician almost ruined the keyboard he changed the whole key wrap that is because I am using a psr 215.
Please help.
