Like with all of Rammstein's songs, there is no right or wrong interpretation. Of course, there is a bottom line, basic meaning. But the details are up to you. The 3 black figures are Norns -creatures from Norse mythology representing Past, Present, and Future (so Time basically). For me, all the visuals give you a sense of time constantly flowing, where your life is just a tiny part of this endless cycle (the visuals of mothers giving birth look like an hourglass). And the line "After us, there will be before". Think about this. Before "you" there was no "you" and there will be no "you" after. In this one simple sentence, you can almost feel how short your existence is within the endlessness of time :)

Don't get why you skip the outro of such a masterpiece. I think it is always important to do a full listening.... For me personal the outro was amazing too espeically because of the sucking in effect at the end which leaves you clear / refresh you after the heavy video / lyrics. :/ I stopped the video after you skipped bc I was so disappointed of that.
