I think the only time it fails to come down to pick at the Order block is when there's an FVG formed before the order block...it will respect it and push up.

hey bro, i do appreciate your effort to put out such simplified tutorials. Since i started watching this course, my trade entries and analysis have improved and I'm yet to complete the course lol.. quick one, Timestamp 7:40 on this video shows that price didn't reach the OB, but I did notice that it got to the FVG area and that's where price triggered, I believe that's something worth noting.

Not always..
If price doesn't respect the mitigation block it will respect the Fair Value Gap.. and if it doesn't respect the FVG it will respect the Rejection block but of it fails to respect all.. then it will sweep the low or high..
So once it respect it.. it can serve as a reversal

It called breaker block not mitigation block. Mitigation means it has been toched hence it's not powerful
Lets say you sport the mitigation block on 4hrs. On what Time frame do you enter
