- A US Navy E-2 Hawkeye from VAW-120 'Greyhawks' performs a demonstration during the Saturday show at Airshow London 2021 in London, Ontario. The aircraft was remotely based out of Selfridge ANGB in Michigan for the show.

I never thought of the Hawkeye as being a speed demon and pulling G-loaded maneuvers, but there ya go! Great capture, and the audio was great!

We have Hawkeyes stationed at Mugu in California and we see these kinds of things all the time. Especially when I'm driving back home after a long day - they're still flying over the fields.

Man i was there Friday night, they flew one hell of a show in that.They were actually creating moisture over the wings with the damp humid conditions. It was second best performance just under the Ba's practice flight I was not expecting!
Saw an E2 demo back in 2006. I was completely impressed and I'm pretty sure that crew was having a lot of fun!

Absolutely wild demonstration to see in person. The crowd was loving it. Knife edges everywhere and the sound ❤️❤️❤️ You could tell the pilots were having a great time!

Very beautiful and unique plane
Wish they had done a wing fold demo - coolest thing about this plane IMO.
They fly the James river at 100 feet. Sometims 2 in a row. All the time here in Va.

Props ,, Jets ,, Helios and the E2 Hawkeye is a fantastic Powerful 8 Blade Aircraft Carrier Turboprop for land based refueling and also being launched as well in anytime or Weather conditions . The two Navy pilots and two crewmen are a team and Naval Aviation at its best when I see them flying in and out of the Naval Air station .

We need to put diagonals on the Liz class, cat and trap it, then buy a few of these - Crow's Nest Merlin's may be adequate for the North Sea and the Channel, but out on the oceans we need kit like this, with the range and pace to keep up with the 35s. Great video, as ever, thank you mate.

First time i saw the E-2 was at Nas Miramar back in 1989

Great video, I watch this and think, without the radome and gutted of all AEW electronics and replaced with retardant tanks 🤔

pilots that don't finish at the top of school go to hornets, just try and land on a carrier with that big of a plane
@@gregperks4617 I've heard from Hornet guys that the E2 Pilots are consistently at the top of the trap rates of the entire wing, that includes the fighters. They are outstanding pilots.
