THANK YOU! Best direction and instructions I’ve ever read! My new machine is finally making coffee again, because of this video. I was able to understand what was needed. De’ Longhi’s instructions are anything but detailed. I’m a bit annoyed about spending $500.00 for a coffee maker, that is so persnickety. Real Instructions would be nice from De’ Longhi. I love my new coffee machine, but… Again, thank you for creating this video.

Hi great vid, thanks for walking me thru the true brew.
I bought this yesterday but i had to return it for another one because the first one didn't even do the prime of the machine before getting to make coffee.
Thankfully the second machine worked great.
The first few cups were not to great, as to be expected according to the instructions. Plus the beans aren't very fresh, i didn't want to use my better beans until i fogured everything out so another couple days of older beans,, even so the coffees are tasting better but i cant wait try my Jumping Bean beans. Their made in Newfoundland....
