I’ve heard it’s actually so cal vocals aa the choir. Can you believe this man was nervous to put out solo music? He’s beyond phenomenal and soooo passionate!
This song shows exactly why Scott is my favorite. He pours his heart and soul into his music, both with Pentatonix and as a solo artist. He really is amazing.
Scott is incredible. Thanks for the reaction. I love all 4 videos of this song. I also love that he used SoCal VoCals as part of his choir since that was the a cappella group that he joined as a freshman at USC. He's paying it forward and making a full circle moment. Being part of SoCal VoCals changed Scott's life forever in amazingly wonderful ways.
As for PTX joining him: the members usually try to keep their solo work separate from the others. That's why you never see them releasing duets etc with each other (except for Superfruit stuff of course). I know Scott has written stuff for Kevin, and they all help each other out. But thats it.
Isnt this just epic? The choir is arranged by the same person who did the choir for ptx hollywood bowl bohemian rhapsody. She handpicked the choir members but most are from socal vocals at usc (the same group scott and Ben Bram were in). The arranger/director is also an alumn from acapella academy (the place avi and Ben Bram started). Mark put up a video of scott spray painting the piano from the original video to this piano so hahaha. Also, ptx is very rarely involved in each others solo projects. They make a point of letting each others things be their own since most of the time they have to compromise so much with each other.
His fiance name is Mark. When Scott is singing all you think about is wow and amazing. Remember to breath it just takes your breath away. It's that good.
It's just phenomenal!! And I loved the choir backing it. ALSO...Scott put out an audio only version of Mars the day before as well, but this time he changed quite a few of the lyrics. It's worth checking out. Again, his vocals are incredible!!
I so totally agree with every one of the previous comments. This an incredibly beautiful song. That came from his very soul. Every version is performed with all of the passion he possess. Thank you, this was a wonderful way to start my day. Take care and be safe until I see you again. 😸
First time seeing it. I cried. He said there would be different versions, Video, Choir, Live. I'm going to imagine that the live version will be with Pentatonix. I guess I am hoping that the live version will be with Pentatonix LOL ✌❤😎
I love PTX for the harmonies. I thought Scott Solo would be terrible - but guess what - the harmonies are all there. This is such a beautiful love song to Mark.

Pretty incredible, a man with ALL of his talent and passion having insecurities about well anything.
It only makes him more endearing.
Think we got Scott slapped this time. Absolutely raw and stunning.
Oh My God! That was simply amazing. Why does this man not get more attention? Chills all over!

I think this is even better than the video. He always finds more in his voice when live. Incredible performance.
Tears. So proud of Scott. Full circle. SoCal VoCals where he met Ben and was encouraged to do the Sing Off. Stunning. Amazing.
The more I hear this version, the more I want to only listen to this one. Scott is on fire and the choir adds so much. 💞
I can't belive the talent this man possesses!
This made me cry. I just can't... 🔥❤️
Thank you so much for your reaction D.

Wow...just wow....is there ANY question that if each one of these fantastic individuals wanted to, they could be stars on their own!! Just Amazing.
I really encourage you to listen to the acoustic version. It’s the best by far ❤️
Yes. The acoustic version is the most emotional by far. More personal and powerful, but not quite the vocal gymnastics of this choir version.
Scotts fiancé is called Mark and there are actually 3 versions: the original, the choir version and the acoustic version.
My favorite version of this beautiful song 😍
🤯 YES! Scott's Mind blowing vocals! And YES It's a Choir! Scott's fiance is Mark.

OMG!!! Where did he find those vocals. I seen the video but this is on another level. So proud for him. I'm still freaked out about it.
He's been showing off these vocals the sing-off days.
since the*

Stunning. Best version of this song.
That choir is the choir that he was in college with(acappella). Of course its probably not the same people.
❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👏🤗
Amamzing!!!
Didn't he just. I'm right there with you on this one.
They don't usually have the band members on their solo projects.
Tyty D!!🤗🤗❤

It’s not ptx doing the harmonies in this video. The choir sings are mostly from his college a cappella group
The piano is the same as the one in the music video - just repainted
Yes. Where was it that I saw a picture (or was it a video) of him repainting it?
Scott's Fiance is Mark!
thats it, I forgot
