According to me, in 1st example(HF,H2O,NH3,CH3) all have different no. Of hydrogen atoms with them and all are bounded with covalent bond, thus overlapping of orbitals have taken place and to break such bond is quiet hard... So I conclude that even though F is smallest in radii, but it only have one bond to break hence compared to rest all (where breaking 2 or more bonds)it will easily liberate hydrogen ion I'm not sure it's just my point of view

HF has hydrogen bonding so it's H is entrapped between two highly electronegative flourines in hydrogen bonding
So HF has low electronegativity then other two
HF is a weak acid due to strong H Bonding
