I hope the next expansion is Johto based. It’s be really cool to get ex for Ho-oh, Lugia the Dogs and the starters, and a couple exs for some types that don’t have one like Steelix and Scizor for Metal and Houndoom, Umbreon and Tyranitar for Dark
the game is certainly more collection focused, but personally, I think it has a healthy balance with the sprinkle of the battle aspect. I'm more casual, and I'm playing this as more of a collector than anything. It's actually perfect for me, as I can pop in, finish some objectives, a match or two and pop out and go about my day
I can second the Druddigon in young draco. I've been playing it in my dragonight deck and it is actually very helpful. Getting 20-60 free dmg on your ops mons before the big cheese comes out can be huge.
I’ve opened dozens of mythical island packs I just got the gold Mew card yesterday and the immersive Celebi a week before that And yet somehow some way I have yet to get a Tauros and regular Mew to complete my card dex
Im a brand new player, just finished my Mew deck. As someone ONLY playing to battle, should I hold onto my trophies now that I have a playable deck? And use on next expansion?
as a f2p the battling has gotten kinda stale cause im just waiting till i can get other cards to build decks outside the meta. i built celebi and mewtwo in hopes of using those to grind exp but it gets boring. at the least though its still fun to get daily rewards and theres new missions and that blastoise event to give more stuff to do
I challenge myself to make decks that either have no EX in them or only 1. It spices up the game and really gives you an idea of different tactics to combat the OP nature of the Meta
I feel like battling is not fun strictly because everyone uses the same decks. I get so sick of seeing mewtwo ex and celebi ex decks. It’s not even fun. Also idk if it’s just me, but anyone else constantly have their deck shuffled terribly???? Whenever I try to run my charizard deck, all my charmeleons are at the bottom. I been mostly running my marowak ex deck cause it’s the only thing that can counter them IF I get 2 heads. But I never do.
Got a bunch of Naruto stuff like the pro.otional posters for the storm series but Naruto isn't my favorite character from show nor is it my favorite anime

Ngl here. I pulled 3 Immersive Celebies in one 10 pull. This was in December but I’m sure I used all of my luck for the rest of last year after that.
