@@SimonMetin Fries (I think you guys call them “chips”) 🙃 and mashed potatoes. I have such a messed up view of starchy foods. I mean, on one hand, it’s rational because when I eat them, I feel rather full and not so great, so I use that as an excuse to avoid such foods....but that’s not the root issue. The root issue is my fear of them. They “feel” so heavy in my body and then my mind tells me I’m going to be heavy. Y’know? It’s not normal to think like that and stress out over “messing up” and eating heavy foods. It’s not normal to order something and then hesitate to eat it when it comes.
