Came from MOF, 3 years in HEMA training and I've definitely seen some concussions and hard bonks. Made me train myself to protect the head the most and looked more at how to do that on youtube and such.
Great video! Definitely needs to be talked about. Would love a more formalized video on the subject going into more depth about it. Like what *exactly* are people commonly doing wrong so those who are newer (or ppl like myself if I’m one of those who simply doesn’t know) can kinda use it as a litmus test and how they(we) can fix it
