I just purchased this when it launched as I was super intrigued by the redesigned shape. I own the Viper Ult, Viper V2 Pro, and the G Pro X Superlight, and I prefer this over all of them now. The new shape fits my larger hands a lot better than the previous Viper models and the skates on this are probably some of the best stock skates I’ve ever experienced. I’m using a lithium AAA with some aluminum foil and got the weight down to 67g vs the stock 83g with the regular AA battery. For the price, you can’t go wrong with this mouse if you’re on the fence of purchasing or not.
Now im torn between this and the lamzu atlantis OG v2. I find the viper v2 too small and the deathadder v3 too big. It's hard to decide when i cant touch it. 😭
Have to change AA battery or get charging ones. Charging battery AA 4x with station 30€ + 4k Hz adapter 30€ + mice 80€ = 140€ is too expensive would easily go for corsair one with 2k Hz and cost 100€.
Don't buy RAZER products guys...you will cry in a few months..... My last wireless RAZER mouse is dead and used it only 6 times since I have 4 other gaming mices....the battery not charging now they said I don't have the bill they can't do SHIT.... Back in 2014 bought another one, and it died too after 3 months.....My RAZER headphones disconnect often while in front o f the PC and the microphone stop working suddenly sooo RAZER innovate but not reliable......the best remains LOGITECH ! I use almost 24/7 now my Alienware and no issues with it also tho others Corsair are okay but RAZER 🤢🤮
Returned for refund G305 - died after 4 months and G102 - after 18 months developed double click. One hour of FPS gaming daily and some office work. Bought V3 on purpose. Having 2 years warranty and after COD knows.
Bought a G402, wire connection got bad after 2 years, then got a G305, still using it after 5 years til this day. Basilisk V3 scroll issue (Which a lot of people have experienced) after 2 years. And just got the Viper V3 Pro, not liking the dongle connection without a tiny USB option however mouse feels great so far. V3 Pro is my first first ever rechargable wireless mouse. However might change it to something else just because of the stupid long ass wire with the dongle. Not taking sides, but I guess it really depends on the particular model but not the general brand when it comes to Razer vs. Logitech.
If they make a V3 and V3 pro, they will fix their "mistake" for the viper fans that wanted a new viper and got the cobra instead
Cobra = viper mini

There is no mistake with the wired cobra… it’s a great mouse.
The cobra pro…..that’s junk
I think this release is great. And it's to compete with all of the cheaper mice we have been seeing from the Asian market of late.

Does it have that "battery rattle" feel when using the mouse?
You can use the AA to AAA mod if you want to reduce the weight to around 72g
69 grams proven by Brandon Taylor review
and lithium batteries make a difference too. even just switching the AA to lithium.
Probably a competitor to the Logitech G304/305 or the Asus TUF M4 wireless. Otherwise it's a great mouse from Razer.

I would rebuy the v2 pro before going for this just due to the lack of usb charger
my hand is 23x11cm and i wanna know if this mouse is big enough
Will you do review of new Logitech yeti gx?

Gpx is officially dead on arrival. Wait till the Viper V3 Pro releases...oof
Between razer viper ultimate and Viper V3 what is the best buy?
For me I would choose v3 cause the low profile bums me out everytime
Can you remove the battery by smashing it into the mouse pad?
No it will never hapend , only if you drop it in the ground and brake the mouse the battery will go down
It’s a very comfortable mouse.
is it chargeable?
no
raising the hump is a terrible idea. Wont be buying.

Lol my viper v2 pro has been fantastic and the battery life is incredibly reliable, connection is very strong, no complaints
