I'm glad to know I'm not the only dva that dives someone and then completely loses them on my screen and gets confused 😭
That's *all* I do
One of the best things you can do in Overwatch, is if you manage to sneak behind the enemy as Dva, and then fire off Defense Matrix while you're behind someone. Like a Hanzo firing Storm Arrow or something. Just watch the initial confusion as to where the hell the shots went. 😀
Then it's typically time to get outta there in timely fashion.
I love that remech tech Seagull did on third point of Lucio's map where it goes downhill. He can remech safely from up top and then his mech appeared on the low ground just at the ready to dive the backline. Idk if it was planned but just something I thought was cool

Dva legit might be the easiest character in the game she has crazy health, a second life, and if she gets a single kill with her tiny hotbox and crazy gun she gets the tank back and can destroy the whole lobby with her crazy range and damage spam gun and can use a top tier shield on herself that completely nullifies some ults that is recharged every other second and an ult that can easily kill the entire enemy team
The enemy tank is playing musical swaps, I'm surprised they didn't go zarya like they do in all of my games

DvA is low key as strong or stronger than ball right now. She’s basically ball with higher damage.
Less of the movement options and stun capability, but yeah I get what you mean
@@1draigon Defense matrix makes a big difference, you can use it to protect teammates and it stops CC, the two things ball struggles with the most.

I totally agree with you that defense matrix is really good when against more than one player (and against just one but yk) ball can stun and bump a single player around on the other hand
@@1draigon Ball can boop, he can’t stun. Pile drive and boop don’t stun people, it just does damage and boops them around. And DvA can do this to to a lesser degree if she runs into you with her mech dive. So ball is a little better at booping but I’d argue DvAs damage and defense matrix more than make up for that.
Nah Ball is so much better right now because of his self sustainability. 5 people could corner ball and he could escape, the same can’t be said of Dva
