@@YaserAliHusen I think I will need a diagram to ge the clear picture. But tell me here, what kind of controller is the machine using? Is it plc? If yes, commonly they use 24v, so on the coil side you connect the 24v and on the contacts side you connect 3.3/5v power supply but using the ground as common and output to the ESP8266 to detect the status? Since we are reading the status as an input on the ESP8266? I hope I make sense?

@@YaserAliHusen thanks let me do so, I actually like what you are doing, I am from the background of these DIY projects. Got a job recently, everything is just Siemens plc here. So I want to implemt some sort of predictive maintenance project using resperrys,arduino etc. I am not yet fully experienced with plc, but I hope my plan will bring something new here. I like your videos, your Advices give me life.

How do you read the relay status onto ESP8266 due to voltage incompatibility?
I use ground (-) as com in button/relay, so in arduino code, i just check by "if low"
