Another invaluable interview! I had been wondering why we have two institutions in this industry. In the US, SEC, is an independent and very autonomeous government commission that regulates the securities industry. I thought ESX was like SEC. Now, I see that EMA does the regulation, and ESX does the exchange part. Hopefully, ESX succeeds, evolves, and goes public...
ESX should enable every able citizens to directly buy and sell company shares on ESX, rather than via agents, by implementing streamlined digital platforms.
