I have the AtmosFX files for the trio of pumpkins that interact with each other, it’s called Jack O Lantern Jamboree. And you only need one projector to display all 3 of the faces.
I took this apart and modified the files and loaded the Jack o lantern Jamboree single pumpkin files into this . inside is just a sd card. LOL much better

@@marcellacharlotte so if you take it apart there is a media player with an sd card in it. pull the card out and put it in the pc, take the atmos fx files and load them into handbrake (free program) and you can change the files to the right screen size i think it was 480x 480 I cant remember 100% but you should be able to tell the size from playing one of the files that came in the pumpkin, then move the files from the pumpkin to a safe place and load the new saved 480x480 onto the sd card. put it back in and put it together and it will just cycle the atmos files over and over like the originals.

Oh, I've seen the scamming ads on Facebook (one of my favourite new hobbies is commenting on them that what they're showing is a scam, and why). But I'm glad that you showed the actual Jabberin' Jack. It's actually quite cute. One quick correction about the AtmosFX Jack-o-Lantern Jamboree - you don't need three projectors to show the three pumpkins. They all come on the same file. You just have to set up the pumpkins in the right position.

I am a Halloween fanatic, and since I have not worked since March, im like okay no shopping for new this season. Then i saw 3 pumpkins for $40... talk, since, and tell jokes. What I got was 3 pumpkins thag look like a smaller version of the ones kids use to trick or treat with, and yea they light up and make the creepy sound all cheap products do.

I own AtmosFX products. You don’t need 3 projectors for the talking pumpkins. You just use one projector and it projects 3 faces on 3 pumpkins..

Just bought the 2021 version....it does not come with an usb/AC adapter which might be a problem for some. Also my new one had less then 40 minutes of video-sound VS the 2020 which had 70 minutes. I think the 2020 was 9" VS the 2021 which is 11" wide. My Samsung adapter with removable usb will work...also I just ordered a cheap usb power bank to make it portable without using electric.....the USB cord then can be concealed inside a homemade decorative base.
1:06 No it's not. It's one video file that you use on one projector that you can project onto three pumpkins.
Thank you for the video! I bought this from Walmart for $50 before it sold out. I haven’t unboxed yet so this was helpful. And yes…I did see one of those deceptive adds but was prepared to be disappointed. After seeing your video I know what to expect and will keep it. Thanks again! 🎃

I wish I had found this sooner. It was evidently posted about the same time my order shipped which I just got today. I got two cheap plastic pumpkins that are palm sized and use button cell batteries for $70. I got ripped off, I am working with my bank and PayPal to get a refund. I hope I can get my money back.
I got scammed the same way, but only for $44.95 and I got 3 dime store pumpkins. Made me so mad!

Yeah - careful with those. I think there's some cheap knock-offs being advertised that ship from China. Most of those websites seem to be a couple months old, which is usually a sign to exercise caution. Could be a total scam, or given the stolen IP - at best you'll get cheap junk 3 months later in the mail.
@o k Nice - I'd say you lucked out then. Most people are receiving 3 tiny plastic pumpkins that light up and make a bit of noise... no projection like the real Jabberin' Jack.

When I saw the adds in August, the 1st thing I noticed was a kid "taking the pumpkins out" of a box too small for a single pumpkin, and the rough transition cut with the kid with it in his hands. From then, I knew it was a scam. I couldn't find any review or unboxing, so I didn't buy any. I'm so glad that I didn't.
Found these today at Walmart in February in the clearance aisle for $13.

Just a quick note - went to WalMarts website and they’re all $60 - no other brand I can find either to compare. So I guess you’re We’re so lucky to come across one on clearance on the rack in Feb/March 2023. Fingers crossed I can get lucky too cuz this would entertain all of us but esp my 3yr old grandson!!

Thanks. I would've never found the real thing if I didn't first see the scam -- so there's that -- but, yes, anyone selling this for $30 now (instead of November when Halloween decor is half-off) is definitely not giving you what Mindscope itself is selling for $65-ish.

Yeah I think my dad got sucked into one of them. Though yesterday he got an email saying it's being shipped.

This a great idea for a product but the smooth design makes it looks like an orange, which defeats the purpose.
It does look smooth and flat -- but that's also necessary for the projector to have a flat surface to project against.

I ordered one from a Dutch company, never received it and their website suddenly vanished. Then yesterday, it popped up again with a slightly different name. Reported them to the police, but I probably won't see my money back. Good thing it wasn't expensive.

Amazon is flooded with scam listings. The sellers have also been scammed by their source which is a site AliExpress.com There are a lot of sellers on there pretending to sell this but actually sending a cheap $1 toy

I bought what I thought was a Jabbering Jack and ended up getting 3 tiny pumpkins that cackle. 1 was broke, and the other 2 are annoying. $100 lesson learned and I am now off of the Scam called Facebook.
I disputed a refund through paypal they processed it in 4 days just check their support

I am attempting to get my money back from PayPall now. The seller responded by saying it was their supplier’s fault. The wanted me to pay to ship them back and then they would refund me minus my shipping. That doesn’t even make sense. Clearly another scam. I am not spending a dime to ship back dollar store pumpkins!
Same thing happened to me with milkbeata. Pretty sure they always send one broken so that they can claim they don't have to pay the customer back if they pay to return the items. Working with Paypal to get a refund if possible.

WRONG the AtmosFX 'Jack-O’-Lantern Jamboree' does not require three projectors only one and its is super easy to set up.

Yeah but for the jack o'lantern Jamboree you have to buy a projector and buy different DVDs for that animated motion stories or whatever that's way more expensive than the jabbering jack

So I bought it from a place called JengaProducts. It my first time ever buying anything online. SO I hope I don't get scammed or like card stolen. Luckily I got some very powerful contacts. But still I rather just get the pumpkin and be happy.

I've been scammed to many times off of what looks like legitimate ads and commercials on FakeBook!!!! Something FakeBook can police what we post and say, but can't police these effers that are scamming and sending BS products, that is if you get them!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
@@donnaswift4978 Their advertising platform certainly has holes - they rely on the user community to police ads like these. Anytime I've seen these, I report them as misleading. They typically take them down in a couple days after reviewing my report. It would be better that they don't let them advertise in the first place.
Ours weren't even as cool as the person linked to above. Ours were three dollar store pumpkins that flash red and it has a laugh track.

Yes! I remember being disappointed at first that they weren't popular Halloween songs, but they are catchy earworms. I'm so glad that Halloween is just around the corner again.

I bought this from Factory Outlet and then they sent me these very small plastic pumpkins that do nothing. They were also all smashed up cause they were shipped in a bag. Bait and switch from a facebook ad.

Is there any way to get it to cycle through ALL 3 modes and animations on its own, without pushing the buttons?
I'll be filming a follow-up clip this week with it running in a dark setting -- so I'll have the answer soon.
I ordered this on snapchat for $11..guess it's better that original price. It hasn't come yet,but we'll see how it goes.
The website jengaproducts is where I ordered mine..($11each and the company offers1000 daily at that price)if you order 3 it comes with a remote to sink them together.

There's not an easy way to get inside there -- and I imagine it's an internal file and not an SD card.

@@SashaMasonVR There are sites (like milkbeata) that are sending little dollar store garbage lighted pumpkins and counting on customers to take a small refund in place of shipping back their garbage (in spite of the site saying free returns at the top of most pages). Do not buy from milkbeata.

Yes. It is 1 pumpkin. I just got mine today from HSN. It has 3 buttons. up down volume. Middle button will let you cycle through the talking characters. The first character is Jack talking. You can let it run or cycle through on its own. It pauses the voice sometimes so to scare kids coming up probably. Fun little item. Keep the box to pack him up in till next fall! Stem will be loose inside box. Pop it on. It takes a USB charging cable. The small ones. Top is tad bigger than the bottom,,, kind. Name, can't remb. Cheap to pick up though if you don't have one. Hope this helps you.

It stays on as long as you have it turned on. After 70 minutes it will just cycle through the whole sequence again.

It does not. There is an up and volume button on the very top. You can put it all the way dozen and just watch the projections.

The three pumpkin faces from AtmosFX are projected from a single projector. You do not need to sync three projectors. That would be hilariously stupid

Yeah I fell for just got mine today three plastic junk Chinese balls that flash and laugh nonstop, I was pissed but should’ve known better. It was supposed to come out of England get shipped to a California factory and it turned out it’s coming out of China with a Russian contact go figure.
The worst part was I paid $69 for Six pieces of junk
My dad ordered the same ones. We payed 69 dollars for them and they were just two cheap plastic orange balls.

I fell into a scam too unfortunately. I saw the advertising on Instagram, from a shop called Zeniey, but I thought that was the original one, before I got to know the truth I was so excited that I bought 3 of them for $48. The product never came and I'm trying to get a refund with paypal. I'm very sad as I was so happy. Now I'm waiting to see if I can have my money back so I can order from the proper website.
Jean Alexandre I fell for the same thing, bought three of them from lieuy.com, they just came two days ago. I expected the jabbering jack I got these three tiny plastic light up pumpkins (like those cheap plastic pumpkin string lights). I was PISSED! I am having PayPal refund me my money. Honestly I don’t know how these scammers make money, you have to go through PayPal, and it is easy to dispute these scam site charges (once you realize it is a scam). In which case PayPal removes the money from these scammers accounts.
They put out videos of atmosfx jack o' lantern jamboree DVD that they stole to sell this. That's the issue.🤔

You mean like take the projector out of the plastic pumpkin and into a real one?
Nah, it wouldn't work. The plastic one is thin enough to be able to see the projection through it, whereas an actual real pumpkin would be way too thick for any light to project through. Plus the innard guts of the real pumpkin would ruin the equipment.
If you meant just taking out the projector to use outside and on the surface of a real pumpkin then that too would ruin it, seeing as to how it's all connected to cords and buttons.
This review should've been done by candle light.

I just ordered one from jennga products omg I seen the ad on snap chat I’ve never ordered from a website I’ve never heard of but this seems so tempting to get so I did it and it was really cheap for $11 then they asked me to download an app to track my package I am so confused and so scared what do I do any suggestions? Can you use atomos effects on it ?
It does not have an SD card slot or anything like that to use as an projector for AtmosFX clips. You would need to bring your own projector, though you can use it turned off as a place to beam a projection off of I imagine. It's large and smooth and flat enough.
toney stark or Robert down jr. going look at this and sing bass plack. then hit shop were make iron man suits. make 3d jack-lantern with move lips and real eyes and noise stuff.
over time price might go down or they have 3 price leaveles or way buy flash steam put new programe or songs. the old one had have projector and dvd and bunch stuff real or fake punkin. had worry raining. not sure how this do rain but there no power cords so should easy pick up carry inside.

Yes, they are also using AtmosFX videos in their fake ads as well. But we’ve been making and selling Singing Pumpkins for 10 years, longer than anyone else currently selling that type of product. AtmosFX is NOT the only company selling Singing Pumpkins Animations.

That would be great, but the animations are programmed to the prerecorded audio (so it's not sound-sensitive to respond to audio) so it wouldn't work like the one that AtmosFX does with an external projection and pumpkins or pumpkin decorations that are also preprogrammed. It would be great, and hopefully Mindscope hears you and incorporates in the next model/version.

Mindscope's own site sells it -- but I bought it from Amazon since I knew it would also be official. I wouldn't trust any of the Facebook stores selling what is clearly not this and at prices that seem so low to be scammy.

Cancel it, I was scammed with pumpkins that light up from dollar tree. I was excited when the delivery came, than livid at what I received. $40 for 3 dollar pumpkins lol Shame on me for quarantine shopping ad's. Paypal is disputing it

@@hollieklinger4372 go directly through paypal they will help u out as long as u have the email reciept of purchase. They also asked me to take pics of the product i received so i did. They said 10 days but many people were scammed so theyre issuing refunds asap. Took me a month to get my piece of crap pumpkin but paypal was great with their customer service

That money I got back as well. Im a Halloween fanatic, amd want that 12 foot skeleton from home depot. Its sold out in all of NJ and online. Now I see ads for it for like $30, when its really $300. I just be a Karen and report the ads now lol

Kind of a crap review on your part. Good but giving an example of what it’s like in the appropriate light would have been better and showing an example of the Instagram ads scamming people would have been a more well rounded review and warning!
