When you put frosty on the warden, it hides behind the main bulk of the army with the warden while the frostmites go ahead and slow down defences and protect the army. It’s pretty smart if you ask me

I go with yak for king while attacking regularly. Helps put together a funnel better when you don't get to see the base ahead of time to know what sort of wallbreaking is required. And when you suck at this. =P It also helps tank for the king so you can actually occasionally get through the battle without having to wait for the full rest timer. Not pro issues. I wish they'd fix Lassi. The jump over thing is really nothing at this point, considering most of them get that, or better, for free.
Bruh fr. Yak is the only ground pet that doesn't jump walls and that's only cause his main function is breaking walls lmao. Frosty, unicorn, diggy, poison lizard they all jump over walls 😭
I use frosty because I attack with only ground troops and the owl is a magnet for seeking air mines. At least frosty slows defences and stays out of the way most of the time.
It depends on what kind of attack you are using. If you're trying to run some smash attack and need to use warden, poison lizard is a must as it can hasten the funneling + take out defending heroes if they are nearby. Frosty is very situational and often paired with the King.
That some good observation right there brother! I'm also observing the pros a long time...and for me diggy with the rc and unicorn with the queen is a absolute no brainer....but as far as the warden and king goes...for me phoenix works best with the king....and can actually save your attack sometimes.... moreover for smash attacks owl is a good option with the warden but if you want to use frosty with the king then phoenix will also work well with the warden (especially in air attacks) as it provide the aura boost for a longer duration and its hp is also greater than the owl. In summary RC+diggy Queen+ unicorn King+phoenix/frosty Warden+phoenix/owl

Using the yak for the queen and the unicorn for the king works quite well, because the yak helps the queen get further into the base without needing super wallbreakers, just a bit of funnelling, and will survive to get deeper than most super wallbreakers, and is very tanky to protect her. Also the queen moves faster than the unicorn so she misses out on some healing while moving. The unicorn can keep up with the king and also makes him live longer, similar to the phoenix. Putting the unicorn on the king if the king is going around the outside of the base is probably better, but phoenix for the king if he's going deep into the base as the damage will be happening quicker. Just because the majority of the pro's use certain combo's it doesn't mean they are necessarily the best. Someone will discover a new combo and then that will become meta, and most are quite situational anyway.

That's what healers are for on the queen, 2 super wallbreakers cost more than a healer so the queen can have an extra healer to make up for no unicorn, also due to the king being melee healers are terrible on him so the unicorn is the only good way of healing him, and the yak is just better than super wallbeakers for any wall except the very outer ones. It frees up the use of a new super troop. Like i said its not the best in all situations but definitely has its uses, you're just too narrowminded to accept anything except what you think is meta, whicyh is why you will always be watching other peoples videos instead of being actually good at the game.

I use the Yak with the king as it has a lot of hitpoints and helps defend the king as well as opening up walls better that the king gets stuck behind. Using Frosty with the warden as he helps the overall army better.
If you’re doing a ground attack with fast moving troops, like hybrid, use poison lizard as it’ll help you reach and kill those heroes faster. For slow moving troops/warden walks into high damage areas use frosty. For warden with air targets like Lalo, use owl since warden tends to survive till the end. For air attacks like edrags, super dragons, you can use warden with phoenix since these armies are deployed early and dies in the middle of base, and phoenix+warden gives that extra dps in the middle of base to take down certain big defences like eagle, or cc, or monolith.
I usually use the yak with the queen when I'm queen walking. The healers already take care of the healing so you don't need that unicorn. Wall breakers don't always work the way you want them to so it works out
I think now the best combo should be diggy with the warden if ground attack or in air u can use owl. Phoenix with the king. Unicorn with queen. And spirit fox with the rc. You can also use posion lizard with warden
I like this statistical approach of this but i don't like how you judge the pro player best strategy toward all players because not all player would have the phoenix and only have the unicorn, LASSI, Mighty Yak, and the owl. In my opinion you should do a survey toward players that has experience and create a chart the best hero for each pet not the best pet for each hero so that players can know where to put LlASSI, YAK, etc

For warden , if you are using ground army use poison lizard And if you are using air army or warden work go for electro owl Plain and simple Also, if clash of clans adds splash damage to mighty yak... It will be better on king rather than phoenix

Frosty with the warden makes sense, you’re not slowing defenses for your warden you’re slowing them for your army since the warden sticks with them

It's not about what works well with the warden, it's about what works well for the army. Frosty has the most utility over the owl or PL

I paired up my yak while unicorn was upgrading. Actually really helpfull for queen walk getting her into core. More so during raiding than war
I use the Yak on the king... works very very well for me.. my yak is level 15 for that reason
It's funny because I remember a clash challenge where yak was assigned to queen but there were walls to break.

I use the yak with the queen because she follows walls, so something that breaks through walls made sense to me.
He use yak for the queen to tank, and save some spell, because it was the toughest pet. Maybe😂
Also RC with LASSI is a good combo too

I'm on the same situation but in th 14 , so I'd suggest to use ed or spam oriental armies.
And as for the league I'd suggest near master league
