I blinked for a sec and like missed 3 moves !!
One blink takes 0.1 second. Lets consider one "move" being one step, it means he made 3 steps in 0.1 second which converts to 30 steps in one second. Average step is around 0.8 metres long, so Balance can actually travel 24 metres in a second which converts to 86.4 kilometres per hour. Man, Balance is fast.

Late comment but probably because all the other dancers undermined his, he should’ve been the sole dancer on the stage to stand out more.
