Its a Great I.D.E.A.! Individualized Education Plans

The IEP is a contract between the family, school, district, and the Office of Special Education Programs (federal administer of the IDEA) that states specifically:
1. The child's NEEDS.
2. Who is responsible for the achievement of the goal(s).
3. Where/when they will receive supplemental services?
4. Accommodations/modifications in the classroom setting?
5. How annual goals/benchmarks are timed/tracked for achievement?
