Achilles tendinitis should be treated by walking backwards down stairs such that the tendon is extended under tension - reverse heal-lifts if you think about it that way. After doing that a couple of stairs a day the problem goes away after about two weeks. YICH, YIHH.
Broke my foot yesterday, so appreciate Mark raising awareness of these sort of injuries. Also, the more intrusive editing on this episode is great, good work editor.
I'm just relieved to know that next week's episode won't be scary in any way. That's a huge weight off my shoulders. I can finally relax and interact with the content!
Love the kingfisher and also love that you're talking about people being easily distracted and then get distracted by people photographing birds (probably ring necked parakeets from the sounds!) Bird themed question: why are there so many ducks?
It was 32 degrees Celsius yesterday, and even though I had things to do, I ignored all of it. My brain entered a sort of Holiday Mode, as if I were at the beach. I wasn't even outside; I was just in my room. I think the public is tapping into that by being attracted to sunshine. Whether you're picking your kids up from school or on your morning commute, if it's sunny out, you may feel the tiniest bit like you're on holiday. Edit: Love the shirt by the way.
You are on a bus for a substantial-ish journey (twenty minutes or more) with a bulky rucksack. The bus, while a long way from being full, is still fairly bustling with numerous people getting on and off at each stop. What is the correct thing to do with your bag? Do you sit nonchalantly in the aisle with the bag firmly nested in the window seat, on the basis that there are still plenty of seats elsewhere and in the absence of a dedicated storage space it's completely reasonable for you to have an extra seat? Do you sit in the window seat with the bag in the aisle seat, and at every stop gesture towards moving it onto your knees to show that you're willing to compromise should the need arise (while hoping that it won't)? Or do you sit in the window seat with the bag on your knees for the entire journey because a public bus is no place for selfishness of any kind?
Alex hasn't almost got hit by a bus in a while. Do you plan to re-enact that dramatic moment at any point? On the edge of my seat for Alex Almost Gets Hit By A Bus II.
Requested interaction. Also, is that a sweatshirt or a long-sleeved T-shirt? If it is a sweatshirt, where from please? (It's still nice if it's just a top, but I'm not looking for those, only jumpers.)
Interacting here, can we have a whole episode dedicated to you answering medical queries? Sure the disclaimer will be long but it will be excellent content
Do you think a Bonfire night themed episode of "yes how can I help" would risk re-igniting the centuries old feud between Protestants and Catholics, or nah?
Just completed my 1,000th Wordle on my 41st birthday. Will spending enough time staring at a screen, and the inevitable brain rot that follows, make me unappealing to zombies and ultimately safe this Halloween? This is not necessarily a spooky question. For instance, if I am protected from the zombies, it isn't spooky in any way whatsoever.
Here's a question :D What the hell am I supposed to do after my GCSEs? I genuinely have no clue. Need some help adulting please, sincerely from a 15 year old lol
You can write backwards very easily with your non-dominant hand. It's not as neat as your forward handwriting with your dominant hand - your fine motor control is not as good - but try it, it's remarkable. That's probably why Da Vinci wrote his notes backwards around his drawings - he'd draw with his dominant hand and take notes with his other hand at the same time. Not very mysterious, really. And unlike some, he could afford two pens. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
Whenever I eat a banana just before going to bed I get very vivid dreams. Why is this, and are there other foods I can eat that would affect the genre of my dreams?

The only way to stop Watto tugging at his hair - make him wheel a case with one hand whilst having his phone in the other hand.
Whatever you're paying your editor, they deserve a raise.
maybe one time I’ll have a question, but until then, I will continue to interact with the content in this manner.
While you do that, I'll chug some pickles.
@@watsoncomedian Careful though, whilst it is plural the number of pickles is optional. There may be safer ways to consume them.
I'm not even two minutes into this week's episode and am already giggling at the 'did you mean: hepatitis' screenshot.
First time interacting with the content. So far, no tremors.

fantastic crowd work this week

If that's a heron on your shirt, I'll be happy forever. I will never again be sad in my life
I hate to doom you to a life of melancholy but I suspect it is a kingfisher
@@Helicon1 I had my one day of happiness, and no one can ever take that away from me.
@@maddy_oh The cold, stark reality of life hit you hard, and yet you have shown gratitude. This has been a character building experience for all.
What do worms think of when they see a snake? Awe? Fear? Horniness? Betrayal when eaten?
Absolutely loved this one. was accidentally giggling out loud on the train.
9:43 This has been a breeze, would you say... it was a walk in the park?

I'm incontinent with the acting!
If you interact with me interacting with the content, are you interacting with the "interacting with the content" content or nah?
Nah.
Interacting with the content as usual 🫶💪

I hope that next weeks episode will be filmed at night in a graveyard! 👻
Was that fox in the background content?!
Wow! This content is so interactable! Also: What are we supposed to do with all the roads once we're done using them?

Do horses get jealous of how many more options we have for shoes than they do?

What is your favourite movie genre, I take it that it is not Horror by the comments in this download.
Whenever I eat a banana just before going to bed I get very vivid dreams. Why is this, and are there other foods I can eat that would affect the genre of my dreams?
Though i have a fraction of the knowledge watto does, i can say: cheese and honey, supposedly
Cheese. Preferably soft and/or blue. I describe the difference like dreaming in colour, when it's normally black & white.
