Metalworking - Grinding aluminum with a flap disc

A tutorial/demonstration of sorts focused on how a flap disc can be used to create artistic grind marks in Aluminum, and how it is different from something like a surface conditioning disc.
Made a mistake near the start and said it was a 40grit flap, it's actually an 80Grit. Still has quite a bit of bite though.
Tools used:
Black & Decker 4 1/2" grinder
DeWalt z80 flap disc
3M half mask respirator with filters made for paint (probably overkill, but I paint more than grind)
Music (well, not really music, more like chords):
My own filler music I put together to add some variance to the grinder

How do you avoid aluminum clogging up your discs? As you must know, aluminum has a habit of melding to the grains and eventually rendering the discs unusable.

You said 40 grit flap disc, but your description says dewalt z80, and that's an 80 grit flap disc according to Lowe's. In this video, did you use the 40 grit or 80 grit?
