i think the question is just for priest important. as a mage those cdr doesnt affect you. 1 rotation + few hits and your 3-4 are dead. but without loc+rp you are dead against 2 or more enemies =D
Ritual Staff have More magic dmg than loc . And ur abilitys come back fast (Cooldown Reduction). Yes it's work perfect for Priest cus his skills not very strong but can heal him. But for mage he's strong class ritual staff ll work for him good but he's already powerful no need fast cooldawn reduction ( he need magic power cus he's skills very strong). That's why mage powerful classe in game.
