hahah so true. Once you are rich you can do any gas. he says property is 2-3 % rental yield but does not talk about the price appreciation due to black market economy.
A lot of people in the comments section dont seem to get their thought process. For a 2.5 lakh emi they will get “a” house in “a” location. They are not looking for that. They are specifically looking at this location and a house in that building. For this house their EMI at 9% interest for 20 years would be approx 8.5 Lakhs per month if they take about 9 crores as loan and put 1 cr as downpayment. Plus they will be paying almost 10cr in interest by end of term. They are at a stage of life where they dont want 20 years of EMI. They are getting the lifestyle they want for 1/4th of the price and they can shift anywhere they want based on the requirement. After 5 years if they want to stop working completely they can shift to a bungalow in tier 2 city and even that rent would be cheaper than the rent of this house. They have ownership of other houses which are more for investment and disposal. I loved their concept because most of us stuck in owning the house we want to live in and it makes it difficult to free up money for investments
All the points you have mentioned seems like excuses to run away from the city. If they are likely to stay in some other location then they should be purchasing the property there asap
To all the people who feel like following them should refrain from this because they are exceptions. If you catch exceptions you can land nowhere. I would suggest go by the trend and take a home loan which comes at low interest, feel the pride of ownership , enjoy the property in your younger ages. Once you get bored you feel like owning a bigger property. Hence you are up skilling and growing up. RENTALS WILL NEVER GIVE YOU FINANCIAL MATURITY.
I have been renting for last 15 years, have lived in luxury houses, and never feel owning a house! I can’t ruin my life under heavy EMI. I want to enjoy my life.
Its waste of your money to give in loan interest instead live in rent save every penny and buy house without taking loan even if it come in your late 40 or mid 50s. No care if you have own home or not but u alone have to take the burden of emi.
this is a brilliant strategy, instead of thinking vertical, think & act Horizontal. I have been writing in the social media as well as to Govt. agencies, to concentrate economy not vertically but horizontally. The phase of vertical growth ends with concentration of focus on metro cities, which have become only concrete jungles, & now is the time to think horizontal. This will work best for the diverse nature of our geography!
Tq Kushal for ur lovely interview with Abhishek gi and Sneha gi , we the prawn framer of India now struggling to export our prawns to 50 % USA , 25 % to China , 10% EU , 8% to Japan & rest other parts of globe, now we are looking for domestic market as National president of prawn farmers federation of India ( IPR Mohan Raju) , we are also exactly looking for 100 cities in India to penetrate at least 1000 MT of prawns every day to take care of 1 lakh primary producers and their ₹ 5000cr wages to rural folk, can you make some effort with Abishek gi & Sneha gi way forward ( consumer preference, venture startup, consumer awareness and investment guidance etc ) . Regards/ Mohan raju
Very impressed with his future venture .,Now a days in India people are so obsessed with money . life is to short, and expansion brings , health problems , emotions, anger, and limited time for yourself . spider builds it's web more than it needs and one day gets entangled in the same web and dies , it builds web to catch a pray it does not need that big , capitalism ruins a healthy life style. this successful couple seem to be a very well educated couple and with a great performance capacity , i wish them a good luck .
Power couple and very thoughtful with their investments and life decisions 👍 Insightful video but one suggestion. The video is giving much more info than what title suggests. title description needs a change.
Absolutely agree with this man. A man buying house for 10 crore. When he will sell he will not get 20 crore the cost of the house will still be the same.
Big fat weddings support the local economy, it supports the vendors supplying flowers, decors, food etc. For eg Anant Ambani spending 1300 crores on pre wedding gets directly injected into the local economy of Jamnagar, atleast most of it. The trend towards minimalism when it comes to weddings will hurt these small vendors. Not a trend I would I like to see.
About Investment both wife and husband has great knowledge. Every one has their own thoughts. Your video conversations I am watching how to interact new and old people to invest on land , PLOTS and other investments like apartments. I am a property advisor senior from Hyderabad. Nice to watch the new startup people from India business.

The last piece of advice was really insightful for a person like me who has recently started his professional journey ( Staying for that 1 extra hour) Brilliant insights guis!🍻
That's why people like you remain poor. Jab Paisa kamane layak nahi rahenge tab tak investments itni badi ho chuki hongi ki saara Paisa nikal kar agar sirf Bank FD mein bhi rakh denge toh saal ka itna interest aega jisse saare kharche nikal jaenge including rent aur fir bhi Paisa bach jaega
Hey . So after each question you say got . Got it! Sounds bit normL. May be after each convo you can say hmm that's good . I get it . That's nice . Quite insightful.
Video ke shuruaat me jis ghar me wall pr world map laga hua hai usme india ka distorted map dikhaya hua hai... please awareness create kare... apne desh ke logo ko apne desh ka original map pata hona chahiye.. Please agar possible ho to un couple ko bol kar us map ko living room se hatwa diya jaye.. please please 🙏
Lol! You don't do that when you already have another assets. You always use yeild from those assets to finance your rent. You pay EMI when you don't have any other asset so you prefer to pay EMI instead of rent to create an asset. As they mentioned that flat is of 10 Cr so it's definitely better to pay rent than the huge EMI.

Bahut saalo pehle kharida hua jaaydad gift mein mila ho tho usse jyada kamaney vaaley bhi hai. Abhi khudh se property khareed kar utna kamaney ki liye bahut investment leg jaata hai
A successful man is one who does whatever he wants and then invents an argument to prove it was a perfect decision
Very well put😂

Your point is valid. That's exactly what they are looking for. Rich people that I know are doing the same today.

Hosur in tamil nadu is the emerging city.....
The logic you gave for a seperate city is quite unconvincing. Think thru and be flexible. You dont have to be different just be so - thats a drawback

How can you decide on other's happiness? Not everyone needs to equate their happiness with having children.
Only sad person is you who's judging other people's choices.
How do you know they dont have children?

Stop getting personal. Your IQ most probably is 1/10th their's, so you are not in a position to comment on them

And buying house will make middle class into poor class 😂
It’s how you use your brain which area to buy home .. buying away from city will definitely help middle class ..
