    第三集: 南瓜粟米紅蘿蔔湯(4-6人份)
    Episode 03: Pumpkin Carrot and Corn Soup (4-6 servings)
    材料:
    南瓜一個、紅蘿蔔2-3根、粟米 3-4根
    *可按個人喜好加入適量蜜棗或無花果乾以增加甜味
    做法:
    1. 將材料洗乾淨。
    2. 南瓜去籽但不用削皮,全部材料切塊。
    3. 所有材料與2-3公升水一起煮沸,水沸後轉為中火,續煮約一小時,飲用前加鹽調味。
    營養價值:
    南瓜、粟米及紅蘿蔔均含豐富維他命及膳食纖維,有助增強免疫力及防癌。
    Ingredients:
    1 pumpkin
    2-3 carrots
    3-4 cobs of corns
    *Add candied dates or dried figs according to preferred taste
    Method:
    1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
    2. Scoop out pumpkin seeds with spoon, and cut all ingredients into chunks.
    3. Place all ingredients into a pot with 2-3L of water on high heat until the water boils. Then switch to medium heat and boil for another hour. Add salt to taste.
    Benefits:
    Pumpkin, corn and carrot are rich in vitamins and dietary fiber which can strengthen the immune system and may help prevent cancer.
